ABOUT ME

Amina-Karine is passionate about sharing what worked for her to lose 10kg after having 5 children (4 of them after the age of 36), for her son who lost 26kg of fat and gained 10kg of muscle and also for her mum, who spent her whole life being very overweight before she lost 25kg at the age of 68.

She ensures ladies will reach and stabilise their ideal weight without frustration through a personalised coaching program. She will help you not only with your nutrition but also with your hormones and emotional wounds that trigger unwanted behaviours and poor food choices.

She is a former French teacher and tutor. It means she loves teaching and explaining things. Her mission is to educate women and help them gain back the full control of their nutrition, weight and hormones to live the life they deserve.
